A lot goes on at this stage in a human being's life...I am sure you all know that. Well, we are back at looking at stages, this time it is for life. Recall that Piaget looked at our formative years up to formal thought (say 12 years of age). Erickson looks at our psychosocial development as something that spans a life time. Truly, we are always in the midst of change - whether we like it or not.
